Privacy Policy

Spark Program, Inc. (“Spark”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is an organization that engages communities to provide career exploration and self-discovery opportunities for middle school students through various methods and activities, including Spark’s High School Pathfinder online tool. Spark is committed to maintaining the confidentiality, integrity and security of personal information about our current and prospective students and participants in our programs (“Users” “you” or “your”). Any changes will become effective when we post the revised Privacy Policy on the Site. Your continued use of the Services following these changes means that you accept the revised Privacy Policy.

We treat the Personal Information you submit to us as confidential. We may share Personal Information with other trusted companies or people to perform functions for which we engage them when (1) you have authorized our sharing of the information, or (2) we need to share the information in order to provide a service requested by you such as sharing your school choices with a parent or guidance counselor or (3) we need to share the information with others who work on our behalf to provide service that you have requested. 4. Managing “Do Not Track” Signals

Some browsers have a Do Not Track (“DNT”) feature that lets you tell websites that you do not want your online activities tracked. When you choose to turn on the DNT setting in your browser, your browser sends a special signal to websites, ad networks, plug-in providers, and other web services you encounter while browsing to stop tracking your activity via cookies or other tracking technologies. Because Spark does not display advertising or track browsing on third-party websites, we do not currently honor “Do Not Track” signals transmitted through web browsers.

5. Third Party Links

The Site may contain links to websites maintained by third parties with which we have no affiliation. This Policy does not reflect the privacy practices of those sites, and you should consult the privacy policies of those sites to learn about their practices. A link to any third party site does not mean that we endorse it or the quality or accuracy of information presented on it.

Because it is a non-profit and for other reasons, we are exempt from COPPA. Nevertheless, in accordance with privacy best practices, we provide the following additional information concerning the manner in which we treat material submitted by Users under the age of 13.

At any time, you may review the child's Personal Information maintained by us, require us to correct or delete the Personal Information, revoke your consent to your child’s use of our Site and/or refuse to permit us from further collecting or using the child's Personal Information.

We treat Personal Information received from children in the same manner as Personal Information received from other Users as described in this Policy. You can review, change or delete your child's Personal Information, or revoke your parental consent by sending us an e-mail at
